About Clark's Custom Meat Co
Clark’s Custom Meat is a custom meat processing plant and retail meat market featuring Clark's original recipes. We process beef, pork, lamb, goat, and wild game. We do all our slaughter in-house. The Clark’s Custom Meat team knows how many memories are made around the dinner table and we love being part of your traditions and your daily lives!Butch & Trina Clark started Clark’s in 2003 out of their home. They always dreamed of working together as husband and wife. They moved to this location on 59 Hwy as God continued to grow the business. In 2021, Max & Danielle Carrillo moved back home to St. Joseph, MO and began working at Clark’s, as they too had always dreamed of working together. Butch & Trina were being called into the local mission field at the same time as Max & Danielle were being called to step into Clark’s. In March of 2023, God made a way and the Carrillo’s became the new owners of Clark’s Custom Meat Co. They are so excited to continue on the legacy that Butch & Trina began with the Clark’s crew and their family.
