Smoked meat is a science born from the love of that rich savory flavor that only comes from a beautiful blend of salt, sugar, spices, and a long hard smoke. It really is an art form that takes years to perfect. Our very first smoke house was made from an old refrigerator box we painted red. We learned to make some of the best sausage in that old smoker. Since then our operation has evolved to include 3 large commercial smokehouses. The quality of our art now can only be defined as delicious! Sausage, jerky, and snack sticks make great high protein snacks.
