Fresh Meat

The science behind producing a great steak is far more in-depth than you would imagine. It is based on spectacular genetics, an excellent feed program, and a tremendous amount of knowledge and care by the cattle farmers who raise them. Quality grading involves a variety of criteria. One of the major characteristics of high-quality beef is the amount of marbling you find throughout the meat. The higher the marbling score the higher the quality. That translates to juicy, tender, flavorful meat. We proudly cut only prime quality steaks. Prime is the highest quality grade in the USDA grading scale. Best steak you’ve ever had every single time!

Fresh Bratwursts

Our bratwurst start with the highest quality pork, spices, and a whole lot of creativity. Luckily for us taste testing is part of our job description. We currently make around 25 flavors of bratwurst, but we are always working on new recipes.

Smoked and Cured Meat & Sausage, Snack Sticks, and Jerky

Smoked meat is a science born from the love of that rich savory flavor that only comes from a beautiful blend of salt, sugar, spices, and a long hard smoke. It really is an art form that takes years to perfect. Our very first smoke house was made from an old refrigerator box we painted red. We learned to make some of the best sausage in that old smoker. Since then our operation has evolved to include 3 large commercial smokehouses. The quality of our art now can only be defined as delicious! Sausage, jerky, and snack sticks make great high protein snacks.

Organ meats are extremely nutritious. In fact, most are more nutrient-dense than muscle meat. They are particularly rich in B-vitamins, such as vitamin B12 and folate. They are also rich in minerals, including iron, magnesium, selenium and zinc, and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. Full of nutrients and a food adventure!
