We are a custom meat processing plant and retail market. We process beef, hogs, lamb, goat, and wild game. We do all our slaughter in house. We know how many memories are made around the dinner table and we love being part of your traditions and your everyday!

Our specialty sausage products are all made right here in our meat shop. We craft summer sausage including our best-selling Signature Jalapeno and Cheese Sausage, Olive Mac and Cheese Sausage, snack sticks, jerky, polish, and ring bologna. We smoke and cure hams, bacon, hillbilly bacon, pork chops, turkeys, and much more. We make 25 flavors of bratwurst that are great for the grill! We are always working on new recipes.

We carry Prime Black Angus beef including ribeye’s, K.C. strips, filet mignon, T-bone, porterhouse, roasts, brisket, stew meat, cube steak and more. We have the best ground beef with no fillers or preservatives added. Just good fresh beef that was farm raised. Our farmers believe the care they give their livestock is vital to the quality meat you feed your family. We think you will notice the difference.

Our pork products include juicy prime porkchops, pork roasts, spare ribs, baby back ribs, tenderloin, ground pork, and breakfast sausage. Biscuits and gravy never tasted so good!

Our chicken comes from Gerber Farms. The chickens are free range, hormone and antibiotic free, and are not pumped with any chemicals or salt solutions. It tastes just like chicken! Really amazing, healthy, fresh chicken.

We feature other Missouri and Kansas agri-businesses in our meat shop. Our partners are all family owned businesses that believe in quality products and hard work. We carry Missouri wines, pepper jelly, raw honey, candied jalapenos, horseradish, BBQ sauces, and candles. All made by families right here in our home state.
