Clark’s Custom Meat is a custom meat processing plant and retail meat market featuring Clark's original recipes. We process beef, pork, lamb, goat, and wild game. We do all our slaughter in-house. The Clark’s Custom Meat team knows how many memories are made around the dinner table and we love being part of your traditions and your daily lives!
We feature other Missouri and Kansas agri-businesses in our meat shop. Our partners are all family-owned businesses that believe in quality products and hard work.
